About Chrysalis Counselling & Consultancy

Chrysalis Counselling & Consultancy has been supporting children, adolescents and adults through counselling, arts-based counselling and play therapy in the Greater Bendigo region since 2018.

In that time the practice has developed strong referral pathways and a professional reputation. Chrysalis Counselling & Consultancy is a registered NDIS provider of therapeutic supports and supports self-managed, plan managed and NDIA managed participants. We also receive referrals via a number of other pathways along with self-referred clients. It is now time to grow and I am looking for independent associates to join the team providing therapeutic services.

You can enjoy the benefits of a private practice without the admin, leasing and marketing responsibilities. There is opportunity here to develop a caseload based on your interests; whether that is one particular area or if you seek a varied caseload. There is also flexibility in how you structure your working week and your daily client caseload. We will work on a percentage split arrangement which is to be negotiated.

This opportunity might appeal to new graduates who are looking to establish themselves in the Greater Bendigo area yet not quite ready to take the leap into private practice. Alternatively it might appeal to more experienced practitioners who would prefer to have the many aspects of private practice managed, enabling a focus on therapeutic work.
